ARE JOSIE AND THE PUSSYCATS?
Josie and the Pussycats originally started
from the popular Archie comics, and then became one
of the most memorable Archie comics. Then, Hanna-
Baberra made it into a popular cartoon loved by kids
in the 70's. The cartoon premiered on television on
September 12, 1970.
Josie
and the Pussycats followed the adventures of an all-girl
rock and roll group as they travelled the world playing
gigs and solving mysteries. Along with the three Pussycats
was roadie (and Josie's boyfriend) Alan, band manager
Alexander Cabot III, his conniving sister Alexandra,
and her mischiveous little cat, Sebastian.
